Care Information

This knife is made with a stainless steel and is easy going and low on maintenance. It has high chromium content, meaning it is generally considered safe to leave wet on the board for short periods of time. is still best practice to not leave this knife to air dry as it's stain-less not stain-none! Wipe down after washing the knife and store away from any sources of moisture.

The best knife for it's price

Takamura hamono makes amazing Lazer geometria knives with a superb heat treatment. If you like Lazer geometry with Yo-handle(Western style) and stainless steel, I think takamura's knives are one of the best options.

My only concern with this knife is the fit and finish. The spine and the hill of the knife is not polished nor rounded(you can sand it yourself in 10 minutes, so not a big deal) which is understandable for this price, there are knives 2-3 times more expensive with the same problem
