About Fujita Kinzoku
Fujita Kinzoku has been crafting pots, pans, cups, and other everyday kitchenware in Japan since 1951. Three generations of skill in molding, pressing, and spinning metal sit behind each piece, now shaped with the help of modern tools like NC machines and laser cutters. Run today by three brothers, they produce everything in-house, turning out cookware that's built to last and made to bring a little pleasure to daily life.
*Due to the manufacturing process, there may be small scratches on the iron plate. Please be aware of this in advance.
*For hard tempered products, the tempering is done by hand, so there may be unevenness in the tempering, spots, or oil buildup, but this does not affect the quality.
Care
This pan has been pre-seasoned, but it is still recommended you season it again before first use.If using on a glass or ceramic cooktop, always heat it slowly, never blast it with high heat straight away, as the inconsistent heat from these surfaces can cause the pan to warp. Avoid soap where possible, as it can strip the seasoning over time. Never put it in the dishwasher. Dry it immediately and thoroughly.
The handle will get hot during cooking, always use a folded kitchen towel or oven mitt when handling the pan on the stove.
