What DDP means
Delivered Duty Paid
DDP is the international shipping term for the seller pays taxes on your behalf.
This means:
- Our checkout total already includes your country's import taxes, duties and (where applicable) tariffs.
- We prepay them to the courier at the moment your parcel is dispatched from Australia.
- If you are contacted asking for further payment of taxes please send us a copy of the invoice for reimbursement.
- Any country specific license or import charges are not included. e.g. wood clearance. If you are contacted about these fees please forward relevant details to us below and we will discuss next steps with you.
