A 36cm nitrided carbon steel wok from Yoshikawa's Cook-Pal Ren line, made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Japan, with a detachable wooden handle and a fixed steel helper handle. The largest in the range, it offers the most cooking surface for larger batches. The flat base sits stable and works on induction as well as gas.
