The Benriner classic mandoline slicer is simple and reliable. I gave this one as a gift to a chef working at a fishing lodge in the jungle. Placing an order for another one to use in my kitchen at home. Outstanding value, a real versatile workhorse.

Absolutely love this slicer. I wanted to be able to slice cabbage as finely as in Japan, this slicer is effortless and does the job. Easily adjustable for thickness and the additional blades julienne vegetable finely or thicker. Love love love ❤️. Highly recommend.
