Ar de Arte Small Sardines in Olive Oil

Ar de Arte stays true to their philosophy by guaranteeing the Galician origin of their xoubiñas (small sardines), always starting with a fresh, carefully selected product. Size matters here: they pick the smallest sardines the law allows them to fish from their estuaries.

The process kicks off with a clean in sea water, followed by a light toasting that gives the sardines the colour and texture the brand is known for. From there they're gutted, the best pieces are hand selected, and each one is packed by hand, one at a time. A finish of olive oil makes every tin its own little thing.
