Naoki Mazaki Knives

Naoki Mazaki works from a small factory by himself in Sanjo, Niigata. This part of Japan is famous for it's knives, primarily from artisans that complete the entire knifemaking process by themselves. This requires a great depth of knowledge across multiple disciplines. We are very lucky and proud to offer Mazaki-San's knives.
