Absolutely Incredible.

Just purchased the Senzo Black VG10 Damascus Gyuto 200mm and I absolutely love it. Super sharp, great weight and the handle is stunning and perfect to hold. Would definitely recommend to any aspiring home cooks who want an outstanding quality knife for their cooking in the $300 range!
